Collecting Data: The ezytreev app collects data in order function correctly. The following data is collected: Location - If you turn on GPS then your location will be used to display your position on the map. This data is not collected, however if you then inspect an asset, this will be stored along side the inspection for that asset. User ID/Name - Your user ID is store along side each asset/site inspection or other changes to the data, so it is possible to see who has done which inspection. Photos - If you take photos of asset/sites these will be collected and stored along side the asset/sites so other people will be able to view issues you want to bring to attention. Device ID - If you use our Smart Sync service, each device will be allocated its own device ID. This is used to make sure you get the correct data synced to your device and so the service knows which device is syncing what data. Smart sync: If you use Smart Sync, this data will be securely synced to our Smart Sync servers, using encryption. This data will then be able to be view by yourself and other colleagues on other device such as the web or desktop system in order for them to perform their jobs. At no point is the data shared with any third party and will only be viewed by members of the ezytreev team in order to help you with diagnosing issues or with any enquires you have, with your permission. You can delete any of this data in the application or using the web/desktop application or by contacting out help desk. SOS: If you are having an issue with your device, we may ask you to send an SOS. This will email/upload logs from your device as well as the database if you choose to do so. This data will be use to diagnose the problem and then deleted.
